Emma Stone - Valentino Resort '13

In honor of  Valentine's Day yesterday, we decided to give you some pink. You guys remember this look we showed you a while back right? Well here's Emma Stone sporting it! We love it when some of our favorite looks end up on the red carpet.

Back Stage - Teal Eshakti Dress

Happy Valentine's day to our lovely readers! Here is what we had going last night. Melody wore a teal Eshakti dress on stage after intermission with J.Crew pewter belt and ballroom-esque lower heels. Since we were working last night, luckily we get the day off today and will be celebrating the day of love on the slopes up here in Vail. Wish us luck that we don't break an arm since we're still in the middle of a tour (crossing fingers).  Are you all going out to fancy dinners tonight? Tadashi Shoji Fall '13 - Modest Dress Heaven

Oh my goodness. Mr. Shoji's collection was a modest evening dress dream. There are SOOOO many looks here. And yet there were others we didn't include since we had way too many as it was. Inspired by a trip to Russia and elements like the robes of Russian Orthodoxy priests or the Tsar and his family right before the 1917 revolution, we can definitely see the influence. We think it's Russian royalty meets Downton Abbey and we're sold. All the velvet was incredible. We haven't seen velvet come down the runways in a while, so it definitely felt very royal. I think we're sure to see these pop up on the red carpet soon. 

Street Style - Fashion Week Fall '13

Thanks to our extra eyes in NYC we are able to have street style pictures directly from the Fall '13 Fashion week even though we're on tour. We've been seeing some things very loosely in common from the fall collections and that is A LOT of black. Edgy black leather, mixed with big fur trim and pops of bright, almost neon, geomtetric color seem to be coming on strong (example here from Creatures of the Wind). We love her look here since it's the toned down version of things we're seeing on the runway. Although the leaders in the design world are still yet to show (think Marc Jacobs) we'll keep you up to date with what we're seeing hot off the press! Happy Fashion week!

Miranda Kerr - Casual Friday

We decided to make this week a full casual week since we're in the middle of red carpet and fashion month. We'll definitely be seeing loads of dressier wear. We always say over here that after the holidays, winter gets kind of boring and you're really just enduring the cold by february, so this week is full of looks that should help make the cold not only more bearable, but also more fun. Find yourself a new nice coat or pair of sunglasses to help liven things up. Tons of stores are having major sales right now, so go out and rid yourselves of the winter doldrums!

BELTED WINTER COAT

While we're replacing a lens and out on tour for a month, we decided to recycle a few archived looks for some of you who might have followed us since. Hats are coming on strong on the street (like here) and we're glad we were a a part of it's inception. We think we may have to get a couple more for the crazy traveling days. Melody could use one today since she woke up too early to really care too much about her hair. The joys of Radio interviews. No one gets to see what you look like!
